Returns are shown in U.S. dollars net of management fees and include the reinvestment of all income.  Net returns have not been reduced by transaction costs, which are bundled with other portfolio management fees, and are shown as supplemental information. Wrap/Bundled fee accounts make up 100% of the composite for all periods shown. All-inclusive/Bundled/Wrap fee accounts pay a fee based on a percentage of assets under management.  Other than brokerage commissions this fee includes investment management, portfolio monitoring and custodial services.

The management fee schedule is as follows: 2.25% for $0.00 to $250,000.00, 2.0% for $250,000.00 to $500,000.00, 1.50% for $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00, negotiable over $1,000,000.00.  Actual investment advisory fees incurred by clients may vary.
